Counting the days and the minutes until we leave!

I needed a break from packing and trying to figure how we're going to get it all together before Sunday morning, so I thought, I would let you know our agenda. We leave Sunday morning, July 5th at 1:20 am. We decided that after the 4th of July parade, swimming and the 4th of July fireworks,(which should keep Rachel up) a night flight would be the best to at least get some sleep. After a layover in Hong Kong, we'll arrive in Beijing at 11:25am on July 6th.

Well, I'm off to do more paper organizing and here's a picture of Rachel with the bear we sent Sarah in a care package. (The bear's sweatshirt has a picture of her new family). We're hoping it will help her recognize us.

By the way, we're still waiting on a package with our visa's, and passports to arrive tomorrow via Fed Ex. Can't fly without them! Needless to say, I am watching Fed Ex tracking as it travels across the U.S. to us. This has been a most interesting journey as I learn to not stress (mostly) when things are out of my control.
