Hutong Bell Tower

In the middle of the Hutong is a bell-tower with an absolutely HUGE bell. Now it is rung 108 times once a year (12 months x 9 for good luck). The Gov't auctions off the right to ring the bell with the highest bid going first....nice way to make some extra money. It's a steep climb up 76 steps to the top.
